Roger Kuitche: The appointment of the cream

Roger Kuitche: The appointment of the cream
The president of the National League Futsal presents the Cup of Cameroon scheduled for tomorrow.

The national finals of the Cup of Cameroon for five regions: Adamawa, Centre, Littoral, West and South while Cameroon has 10. Why?
We're out of the box futsal. He actually plays in all regions, but not at the same level. That's why we can not incorporate all of these areas here for the Cup of Cameroon. By cons, there are regional championships occurred in regions other than the five involved in the final this weekend. But the quality of work does not allow us to select them so they can make a benefit nationally. This is the cream of the crop that is present in Yaounde.

Your members are trained on the practice of this discipline?
Yes. Futsal is in Cameroon for a long time. I do not know why people are surprised! It's a fairly old discipline. We have many futsal players. There are even Cameroonians who are professionals in Europe. The players are approached by professional teams in in Europe. We have players who play futsal and football at 11. But the reverse is not evident (ie switch from football to soccer to 11 to 5) because the space management game, technically, is not the same thing. By cons, you'll see that football in Latin America are players who spend 5 to 10 years of their career to futsal. This explains the control of the game and the space they have in playing football at 11. So it's an advantage for someone who is football to 5, go to football at 11. But the reverse is not obvious.

You scheduled the finals this weekend at Mateco on tar. This does not he slows the evolution of the discipline?
Absolutely. The lack of adequate infrastructure are among the problems of this discipline. We are already very happy that the Head of State has offered us the Palace of sports including prosecution is ready to practice futsal. Until the use is rationalized and made available, we continue to play outdoors as we do for several years on the handball court. In Douala, we made the final of the regional championship College Hall. This is not a problem particular to futsal. As in all other disciplines, we have a big problem of infrastructure. By cons, there is a real craze.

The National League Futsal she receives grants from the Cameroon Football Federation?
No. This is because we do not sum because spas structure of the Cameroon Football Federation. National League Futsal is different from the National Futsal, which itself is a structure of the Federation.

Is it does not see duplicate disorder? Indeed this is
duplicate. We must take steps to improve the environment around this discipline. Historically, the National League Futsal there long before we talk about futsal FECAFOOT. She was also a pleasure to manage this discipline in Cameroon. Only much later than the FIFA Futsal and became interested in the discipline it imposed on its member associations. But until then, the League continued to have its license to operate. We have always sought a platform with FECAFOOT. But this has not always been evident. We continue to seek such collaboration for the future because we need to understand that there are two versions of futsal in the world: there version (AMF World Futsal Association), which is also the oldest, and Version Fifa, the most recently. Countries that have negotiated the bend are present in both versions competitions globally. There are enough players for that. It should not even be friction between the NHL and the Commission of FECAFOOT if the guardianship was given visibility compared to what we want to do.

But in the final against Brinco Sport (B) of Ebolowa yesterday, October 04, Asv has struggled to emerge as winner of the Cup of Cameroon 2005. Nevertheless, the team will count on its defenders like mine and Max Deudjui, among others (because the replacements are as handball), strongly tactical, mobile and experienced to counter the ambitions of the whirling center forward (it There are two futsal) of young children Bs

I try to tell the president to popularize the sport, it is not only in Douala and Yaounde.
Ebolowa team was a revelation. It's a team that should be followed. This time, there are grants that will be allocated to federations and it voted in the new budget, "promises Emmanuel Nkoumou representing Sports Minister.
But the national president of the National League Futsal, Roger Kuitche, laments the lack of support FECAFOOT. "This satisfaction would have been even greater if all players las futsal had been involved in this celebration. There is always that parochial between FECAFOOT and Futsal. In reality, the legal structure that has a mandate to organize futsal in Cameroon, the national futsal league. The others are partners to whom we extend our hand to no avail. That's why I still regret that at the end of this season we have not had the cooperation of FECAFOOT.

HISTORY OF FUTSAL WORLD AND CAMEROON

HISTORY OF FUTSAL WORLD AND CAMEROON

The first FIFA World Cup held by the French Jules Rimet and won by Uruguay in 1930 created a great enthusiasm for football practice by the young Uruguayan. Thus, the basketball gyms were used during recess to practice football. Very quickly, the motivation to play football was met with the inability to enforce its rules of play in a space reduced. After several years of observation and reflection, the professor of physical education Montevideo and Argentine priest Juan Carlos Ceriani Gravel codified football to allow the practice room.
He referred to the rules of indoor sports already codified as handball, basketball, water polo and in 1933 published the first written version of the rules of this new sport that will soon be popularized in Brazil and South America.
Initially seen as a leisure activity reserved young adults, it becomes a full medal sport in 1946 with its own national federations and its own rules. Because of various changes in states and regions of South America, two Brazilian and Habib MAPHUZ GONDOLA saw the need to harmonize the rules emerged and in 1956 published the 2nd version written rules that were later adopted internationally by Federation Internationale Futsal Association (FIFUSA). The Rise of International Futbol salao began in 1971 and reached cruising speed in in 1975 under the leadership of critical JAOA Havelange, who was the first President and also Chairman of Confederation Brazilian Sports.
Because the election of JAOA Havelange as President of FIFA , the FIFUSA will struggle to hold its first futsal world championship in 1982 in Sao Paolo in Brazil (victory of Brazil), then in 1985 in Madrid, Spain (winner Brazil) and 1988 in Sydney, Australia (win Paraguay).
In 1983, seeing the growth that took the world futsal, FIFA's rich and powerful attacks multiplied legal prohibition the FIFUSA to use the term football is a registered trademark of FIFA.
In 1978, the term 'FUTSAL' was created from traditional Portuguese expression. In 1985, the new term was included in the statutes of the FIFUSA Congress in Madrid and entered in all country.
With dissension between English and Brazilian in the FIFUSA , FIFA decided to take action to take possession of futsal in 1988.
Although the majority of the FIFUSA has rejected the proposal FIFA integrate futsal, a hybrid version of the game was created called 'FIFA Futsal 'or' Indoor football '. The rules of this version have been set up in 2000. The next goal FIFA will include one of the futsal as an Olympic discipline.
However, twelve members of the FIFUSA have decided to continue the original development of futsal in 2002 through a new international organization called World Futsal Association (AMF). So there are now two international federations that govern two distinct practices with their own game rules and objectives very distant.

In Cameroon, futsal appeared in 1998 with Mr. Tchoi Michel, President of the Cameroon Association Futsal (ACF) since the Constituent General Assembly September 12, 1997. Indeed, after obtaining approval from the Ministry responsible for sports February 18, 1998, ACF informed Fifa of its existence, which in turn takes FECAFOOT on the modalities Association and in particular integration FECAFOOT. The May 23, 1998, the first festival was held at Futsal Stadium Mateco University of Yaounde.
In terms of international competitions, national team of Cameroon Futsal participated in 2008 in Libya, the African Championship qualifier for the FIFA World Championship version.
Following the ordinary congress of November 8, 2008, Lieutenant Colonel Roger KUITCHE was elected second President League National Futsal.
