To date there suspended all Brussels Airlines flights for six months. Several organizations support the Belgian law in its actions pending in court. Serge Ngajui about him does not stop at this level because he thinks that now travel with this airline is "embarking on an uncertain adventure, especially since we are not reaching their destination safely . We met

Hello Mr. Fosso, can you give us a few lines of what you experienced last April 26 in a flight from Brussels Airlines?

Hello. Actually April 26, 2008 at the airport Zaventem in Belgium where I was in transit for Cameroon, I rebelled against the brutal methods of suppression used by Belgian police to evict, a man of African origin. Following this protest, I was landed violently by the Belgian Federal Police, and kept in a cell at the airport for more than 10 hours without drinking or eating and not able to contact my family. The company SN Brussels Airlines, not only did not land my luggage after my landing by the police, but also has taken unilaterally and without hearing me despite my request and my availability sanctions against me to know my suspension of all flights Brussels Airlines for six months, the failure to reimburse my airfare to date, failure to pay of valuables taken off of my hand luggage recovered after 12 days in Douala where I arrived on a flight from another company. In addition, meeting May 22, 2008 through his advice to the letter they had sent my board May 9, 2008, in which we gave them my story and asked them lifted my suspension of flights Brussels Airlines, the reimbursement of my ticket, refund items withdrawn from my hand luggage, compensation for the serious material and moral damage that I suffered, Brussels Airlines has finally given his version of events. In this version, Brussels Airlines is accusing me of myself violently opposed to the presence of a deportee accompanied by two agents of the federal police have called on other passengers to join me in order to prevent the repatriation the''deported''in question, for not having complied with the instructions''''Fasten Your Seatbelts and encouraged other passengers to cause a riot ... I want to say loud and clear that the story of Brussels Airlines has nothing to do with reality, nothing to do with what really happened on that plane April 26, 2008 and all passengers on this flight will later confirm.
Currently I am in full offensive communication with the public and the media, with testimonies and evidence, including video that had been erased and I, with the help of a computer, could recover much - to dismantle this version I found in bad faith, misleading, grotesque and totally irresponsible. The League of Human Rights and the WAX support me so far in the ongoing legal proceedings

What did you do after having experienced this situation?

I broadcast my story on the Internet. Associations like the Waxed (Ed. Coordination and Initiatives for and with refugees and foreigners), the Belgian League of Human Rights and so on. contacted me so that we are trying to see what we can take action together as to similar acts can no longer anyone in the future. It is also in the sense that they allowed me to meet with lawyers with me and support me. You had a big moral blow April 26 and then another on May 1. Will you explain that to readers camer.be? April 26 was the first time I found myself handcuffed in a cell. And the second shot is when you told me the first evening of May at around 18 pm on the Death of Mr. Folefack, that's where I stood on the plane without knowing it. It was really a blow to me and to this day, I think this move is still visible on me because I have not been able to recover from this case. He whispers
in the diaspora a likely boycott the company SN Brussels Airlines is underway. Are you aware?
I was informed of the approach by the Collective Against Violence and discrimination in the aircraft which was created in the wake of my story with SN Brussels Airlines. This group has challenged the company in order to furnish explanations on these types of situations repetitive in their planes, has asked Sn Brussels Airlines to ask for an official apology. I also read the response of SN Brussels Airlines, which ends rather a threat when she says it all for shoeing to end a boycott action if the association undertook.

Also in response to another letter sent by another group and more specifically the Collective Folefack, SN Brussels Airlines says you have deleted their reply to your blog. What is it exactly?

I removed the correspondence of the board of SN Brussels Airlines simply because my board told me that this is a correspondence between the lawyers and that it was inappropriate to put it on the blog. But if there are people who want to come into possession of a copy of said letter, I guarantee to send them a summary of this correspondence. A petition was even initiated by you to attract the attention of each other on the attitude of SN Brussels. Where are you so far with the different reactions? The petition itself was initiated by a person who had read my story and has estimated that it is unfair. This person has written that I agree with the petition and put it online and to this day, many people continue to sign to show their disagreement with the behavior of Brussels Airlines.

What advice
Mr. Fosso prodigal to people who want to travel via planes for destinations in Africa or other?

Taking a flight SN Brussels today, we are not sure to reach its destination. What I experienced can happen to anyone that person. I would also say to all those who travel not to remain deaf, blind, indifferent to everything that happens and that goes against human dignity and human rights. I would just say that if something happens and you are not in phase with, we must protest. © Camer.be Interview by Hugh SEUMO
