Momo and Lions to the RTC, a fitting tribute to old glories

L’artiste plasticien et graphiste exposera en février prochain les photos des vieilles glories of the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon at the French Cultural Centre in Yaoundé Francois Villon, the project aims not to forget those heroes of yesterday who were the pride of the people of Cameroon.
The announcement of the event we received full discussion in another part of the coffee that football sports journalists maintain daily on the occasion of the 27th C in Angola is the responsibility of Communication center, Nadège Bourguignon, who has slipped information by inviting us to visit the site of young Hervé Momo. The exhibition is in line with the African Cup is at stake right now but it will actually take place from 1 to 28 February, almost after the close of the competition. This is the project initiator u magnify by painting the prowess of those who built the reputation of our national team, those heroes who have made our country proud, but unfortunately have not had the chance to emerge or to receive a return on investment and even the recognition of the nation, outside perhaps of Roger Milla who was made ambassador. Knowing that, as he notes to explain what motivated him, time dispels the image of the hero, the artist devoted much more to the portrait, would send a message to every Cameroonian authorities first, that the history of these great men continues to march in the collective memory.

The artist, painter and graphic designer Hervé Momo made imaginative paintings depicting portraits of iconic figures like Marshal Mbappé Lepp Mvé Emmanuel, Jean Pierre Tokoto, Nlend Paul, Roger Milla, Mbida Gregory, Thomas Nkono, Abéga Mbida Theophilus Bell Joseph Antoine, Francois Omam Biyick, Patrick Mboma, Aoudou Ibrahim, Jean Manga Onguene, Mbete Isaac and many others.
