How To Pay Say Pay For Your Own Dinner

The retrospective glance of the president Andre Marie Ndongo

The league president departmental football Mfoundi gave us a compendious record for the year 2010 which ended the former Sub-Prefect Andre Marie Ndongo is now shared between the football field, the Higher Institute of Public Management (the ISMP) and the Police Academy, where he teaches.

Key points in your league president, which ends in 2010?
The league will play the league with 32 clubs, youth championship was held, our job is to continue to make that club leaders imbued totally rules modern management. We want players are being followed, that their medical staff is real because we can not have successful championships if we do not do things professionally.
We must also say that the training centers, there are about 150, are being put right by taking actual approvals of the Ministry of Sports.

Do you regret for the year 2010?
Regrets, yes, we did not have licenses for all teams, over 32 clubs, only 10 had licenses, when we had yet filed applications for licenses to FECAFOOT. Gold being Trainers players can not become eligible for training allowances as we do not have the licenses to prove that children are placed in our centers, when they turn professional.

There are also arbitration remains problematic in your league, too many shenanigans and incompetent?
The problem is the same referees that players must train young referees, teaching them the rules for moral probity, but when we have referees who enter the process of non compliance and the ethics, it distorts and data.

What are your wishes for 2011?
I hope that the leaders of clubs and training centers know it is useless to run, the quest for performance, patience, impregnation with the rules of art at all levels, the ethics, administration and organization of our football at the base, are essential. Only by seeing things from this angle that we can revive football in Cameroon in order to regain the top spots on the continent.
